Health & Wellness
Practical guidance that supports healthier habits, movement, prevention, emotional well-being, and confident ageing.
Hebron Community Foundation helps senior citizens live healthier, more purposeful, and more connected lives through education, wellness, faith, and community.
Hebron Community Foundation was founded by Dr. Philip Park and his longtime friends with a shared desire to serve the people of Guimaras and build a community where older adults continue to learn, connect, contribute, and thrive.
Our work celebrates the wisdom and experience of senior citizens. We create spaces where they can strengthen their health, deepen relationships, discover renewed purpose, and enjoy every season of life.
“Ripening with grace, living with purpose.”
Our programs bring together practical health education, meaningful relationships, spiritual reflection, and opportunities to remain active in the community.

Space for gratitude, prayer, reflection, service, and the discovery of renewed meaning in every stage of life.
The Senior Academy helps older adults prepare for and enjoy life after 60 through practical education, supportive relationships, meaningful activities, and inspiring community experiences.
Hebron dreams of helping Guimaras become a model community for healthy longevity, shaped by simple daily habits, strong relationships, meaningful purpose, and care for one another.
Help build the visionEncourage safe, enjoyable movement as part of daily life rather than treating activity as a temporary program.
Help people remain involved, useful, creative, and connected to something larger than themselves.
Strengthen families, friendships, faith communities, and the everyday relationships that support well-being.
Share practical guidance on food, rest, stress, prevention, and habits that can improve quality of life.
Dr. Philip Park, Pastor Titus Jeon, and their longtime friend Richard shared years of friendship, faith, and service in the Philippines. Together, they chose Guimaras as the place where their vision for compassionate community work could take root.
Hebron Community Foundation grew from their desire to serve older adults and help create a future where ageing is not defined by isolation or decline, but by wisdom, connection, dignity, and hope.
Their work continues through the Senior Academy, alumni community, partnerships, and the growing Hebron Mission House vision.
From the first academy sessions to a growing alumni community, Hebron continues to build lasting relationships and opportunities for senior citizens in Guimaras.
